Delete your Studio99 account

App: Studio99 (Android, com.recapboxx.studio99)

Option 1 — in the app

1. Open Studio99 and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account → “အကောင့် ဖျက်မည်” (Delete account).
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — without the app

Send a deletion request on Telegram to @Jinn260 with the email address of your Studio99 account and the words “Delete my Studio99 account”. We may ask you to confirm from that email address. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, password) and VIP membership.
• Your project history on our server.
• When deleted from the app: the API keys stored on that phone.
• When deleted from the app: saved social account tokens and local Auto Posting jobs on that phone. Temporary Facebook connection sessions expire after ten minutes.

Remove Facebook access without deleting Studio99

Open Auto Posting → Posting Accounts → Facebook → Disconnect to remove the Page token saved on that phone. In Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, remove Studio99 to revoke Facebook authorization. We retain no permanent Facebook user profile or Page token on our gateway. Temporary encrypted login sessions expire after ten minutes. To request help deleting connection data, contact @Jinn260 with your Studio99 account email; do not send a password or access token.

Posts and schedules already accepted by Facebook or TikTok remain on those platforms. Cancel them before disconnecting, or remove them using the platform's own controls. Removing a connection on one phone does not erase tokens saved on another phone.

What may be kept

• Transaction logs from the app's earlier paid-credit system, for up to 90 days for accounting and abuse prevention.
• Videos you saved on your phone stay on your phone; delete them from your gallery if you wish.
