Studio99 Privacy Policy

Studio99 သည် သင့် Email အကောင့်နှင့် Project မှတ်တမ်း (အမည်၊ tool အမျိုးအစား) ကိုသာ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ server တွင် သိမ်းပါသည်။ သင့် Gemini/FAL API key များကို ဖုန်းထဲတွင်သာ encrypted ဖြင့် သိမ်းပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ထံ မပို့ပါ။ ဗီဒီယို/အသံ/စာများကို သင်ရွေးသည့် AI လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်အတွက် Google Gemini (သင့် key ဖြင့်)၊ FAL နှင့် Microsoft Edge TTS သို့ ဖုန်းမှ တိုက်ရိုက်ပို့ပါသည်။ အခမဲ့ user များအတွက် Google AdMob ကြော်ငြာများ ပြပါသည်။ အကောင့်ကို App ထဲ Profile → Account → အကောင့် ဖျက်မည် မှ အချိန်မရွေး ဖျက်နိုင်ပါသည်။
1. Who we are
Studio99 ("we", "us") is a mobile app that helps creators make Myanmar-language recap videos, subtitles and voice-overs. Contact: Telegram @Jinn260.
2. Information we collect and store

Optional Facebook connection: when you choose Connect with Facebook, our connection gateway checks your Studio99 login, exchanges Facebook's temporary authorization code and retrieves the Pages you authorize (Page IDs, names, publishing tasks and access tokens). Page tokens are encrypted while held in a connection session for up to ten minutes, then deleted on selection, cancellation or expiry. The gateway does not persist your Facebook User token. Only the Page token you select is returned to encrypted storage on your phone. We do not collect your Facebook password.
3. Information that stays on your device
- Your API keys (Google Gemini, FAL) are stored only on your phone in encrypted storage. They are never sent to our server.
- Videos, audio, subtitles, fonts and finished videos you create are processed and saved on your phone (video rendering happens on the device).
- Your Auto Posting queue, selected media copies, captions and schedule times are saved on your phone per Studio99 account. Connected Facebook Page and TikTok tokens are stored in encrypted storage on that phone.
4. Services that receive data directly from your device
When you use a feature, the app sends the needed data from your phone directly to these services:
- Google Gemini API — using your own API key: the audio, video clips, images and text you choose to process (transcription, translation, script writing, text-to-speech). Google's terms and privacy policy apply to that use: Gemini API terms, Google Privacy Policy.
- FAL — using your own key: image prompts for generated pictures. FAL privacy policy.
- Microsoft Edge text-to-speech: the text to be spoken by the Edge voices.
- Facebook / Meta and TikTok: when you connect or schedule a post, the relevant platform receives the selected media, caption, schedule or publishing options and authorization information. Facebook login takes place on Facebook in the system browser. Accepted Facebook schedules remain on Facebook even when your phone is offline. The platforms' own privacy policies apply.
- Dailymotion (Movies tab): your search words are sent to Dailymotion to find videos, and previews play in Dailymotion's own player. Dailymotion privacy policy.
- Google AdMob (free members only): to show ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and device information, and may use them for ad personalization and measurement. See how Google uses data from ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
5. How we use information
- To provide the app, your account, VIP membership and support.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the services listed above, as needed to provide the feature you use, or when required by law.
6. Data retention and deletion
- Your account and project history are kept until you delete your account.
- Delete in the app: Profile → Account → “အကောင့် ဖျက်မည်” (Delete account). This deletes your account and project history from our server and removes the API keys stored on that phone.
- Request deletion without the app: see Delete your Studio99 account. We complete requests within 30 days.
- Disconnect a social account: Auto Posting → Posting Accounts → Disconnect removes that phone's saved token. You can revoke Facebook authorization in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. Gateway connection sessions expire after ten minutes. Disconnecting does not delete posts or schedules already accepted by Facebook/TikTok; cancel a schedule in the app before disconnecting, or remove it on the platform.
- Some records from the app's earlier paid-credit system (transaction logs) may be kept for up to 90 days for accounting and abuse prevention, then deleted.
7. Security
All connections use HTTPS. API keys are kept in Android encrypted storage on your device. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Children
Studio99 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Permissions the app uses
- Internet and network state — to use the services above.
- Notifications and foreground service — to keep a video render running and show its progress when the app is in the background.
- The app does not ask for access to your whole photo library: you choose files with the Android system picker, and finished videos are saved to your gallery.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
